Alabama wins the NCAA Golf Title for The Second Time

The NCAA Men's Golf Championship was yet again secured by the preceding title holders, Alabama, as they tipped over Oklahoma State in an easy 4 – 1 win. The core attractions for the win were Bobby Wyatt, Trey Mullinax and Cory Whitsett who made the win their second championship.

However, Wyatt was behind with the first hole, but squared the match for second and never trailed again after the third. Correspondingly, Alabama's Robbie Shelton claimed a 1-up win with two birdies in 14th and 16th hole.

Appreciating the win, Alan Bratton, Oklahoma State’s coach said that such permanence in championships is rare and team Alabama justifies the winner’s title over Crimson Tide.
